Mission & Vision

Mission

Bring the circle of care home.

Across India, families raising an autistic child are too often left to find therapists, trainers, and guidance on their own — travelling long distances, repeating the same history to a new specialist every few months, with no one holding the full picture.

Gausiddhi exists to close that gap. We train and place dedicated autism navigators — the single point of contact who coordinates every therapy, tracks every milestone, and brings services directly into the home. Around each navigator, we connect a network of specialists — speech and occupational therapists, behavioural consultants, special educators, and vocational trainers — so that support is not a series of disconnected appointments, but one continuous, holistic plan built around the individual.

Vision

A country where independence is expected, not exceptional.

We envision an India where an autism diagnosis opens a clear, supported path rather than years of uncertainty — where every family, regardless of city or income, can reach a trained navigator and a coordinated specialist network from home.

We envision autistic individuals growing into adulthood with real vocational skills and daily-living independence, able to work, contribute, and live with dignity rather than lifelong dependency. Gausiddhi’s long-term measure of success is simple: more autistic adults living and working on their own terms, with families who no longer have to navigate the system alone.

What we do

Three pillars, one coordinated circle of support

Home-based therapy, delivered by a navigator

Every family is paired with a trained autism navigator who brings therapy sessions into the home, tracks progress across every discipline, and stays the one consistent face a child and family come to trust.

Specialist collaboration & holistic support

Speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioural specialists, and special educators are connected around a shared plan — so care is coordinated, not scattered, and every part of a child’s development is considered together.

Vocational skills & independent living

As individuals grow, Gausiddhi shifts toward vocational training — practical, daily-living, and work-readiness skills that open the door to genuine independence, not just supervised routine.

The navigator model

From first call to independent living

01

Family connects

A family reaches out and shares where their child currently stands.

02

Navigator assigned

A trained autism navigator becomes the family’s single, ongoing point of contact.

03

Specialists convene

The navigator brings in the right mix of therapists and educators around one shared plan.

04

Home-based therapy begins

Sessions happen where the child is most comfortable — at home, on a consistent rhythm.

05

Vocational transition

As readiness grows, focus shifts to skills, daily living, and independent adulthood.
